Gold Cup
I am watching this Canada line as people continue to pound Canada. I do not understand how they are -185 against almost anyone. This is a team that can not score. People are betting the name since they no nothing about the other team. French Guiana has 12 players that play in French divisions 1-3. This is their first Gold Cup and they will be ready to play. They lost in penalties to Jamaica in the semi-finals of the Caribbean Cup and almost qualified for the last Gold Cup losing to Honduras 4-3 in aggregate. Plus they know they have to get a result here since Costa Rica and Honduras are the other two team is this group. There is tremendous value in this line to me. I am waiting as it continues to go up and the books are very hesitant to go to -1, but they will be forced to if it goes much higher. I will also be playing the ML as +550 is just too good to pass up for a team that I think has a legitimate chance to win. I will post the lines once I make the bet.
I will be on the US tomorrow also. I like the way this team played against Ghana. They showed some enthusiasm the US team usually lacks to me and they played well together. Have a feeling this will continue in this tournament. Watching the line, if it goes much higher than -140, I will play it."Two tears in a bucket, motherf*@#k it!", Lady Chablis

Line appears to be settling in and went to -1 as I expected.
I played F.G. +1 -135 and a small amount on +550. Just a small value play. Canada should win but I think the line is way overpriced. Hoping Malouda (former Chelsea stud who will play at age 37) can get his team motivated!"Two tears in a bucket, motherf*@#k it!", Lady Chablis

Malouda's not eligible. May play anyway but it wouldn't make any sense for him to.

I thought he could play since FIFA does not recognize French Guiana

I am playing USA now -140 as I see it up to -150 in places. I do not think it will get much better. Panama did not bring a few of their older experienced players as they are saving them for qualifiers. Given the truncated schedule, I expect the US to put out its best squad for this game and then mix it up for the next two against weaker opponents.

French Guiana sucks. Their keeper is horrible, one of the worst I have ever seen. I mean Kid's high school's girl goalie is better than him. Sorry about that one.
As I say that Canada scores again. I was going to play the second half, but that goal hurts. Still playing it, F.G. can't score. See a red card coming.
Played Canada 2H at -130, just trying to get my money back. Will be very surprised is there are no goals in the second half. It's a chase, but worth it after what I saw in the first half.Last edited by BASON; 07-07-2017 at 07:22 PM.

That is it for me for the Gold Cup. Already lost what I allocated for the tourney.
The one time I give the US props, they lay an egg. Easy to play well against a Ghana team that partied in NY before the game, different story against a team that comes to play. Not one of those guys was impressive. Poor pace and passing. Proved they belong in MLS."Two tears in a bucket, motherf*@#k it!", Lady Chablis

Euro is a tough given all the games and unknown teams, but I like one game today.
Cork City +125. Larnaca is likely the better overall team, but their league has yet to start so they are in pre-season form. Cork, on the other hand, is in mid-season form and dominating the Irish Premier League so much so that they can focus on advancing in Euro. Cyprus is a difficult place to play, so Cork knows they need to win this one at home to have any chance to advance. I think they can get it done and I like the price."Two tears in a bucket, motherf*@#k it!", Lady Chablis

This Gold Cup is trash.. needs to be every 4 years instead of 2 which makes it basically a waste unless you win Both..
With that said I'm bored tonight
Canada/Honduras under 2 1.5* to win 1*

Gold Cup group B
Panama 8.5* to win 5*
Panama/Martinique FH over 1 5.5* to win 5*
Panama/Martinique BTTS Yes 2* to win 2*
Panama wins 3-1 1* to win 13*
USA/Nicaragua BTTS No 4.8* to win 3* I think after being lambasted and shred and the team themselves saying their defensive
Performance has been bad makes me think they get a clean sheet here..

Didn't work out too bad Kid.
Can't get myself to bet any more on this tournament given the quality of play. It sucks. Was very tempted to play the US over 3, but I really do not want to watch the game. Not one player in the lineup tonight that will do them any good going forward. Maybe Miazga if he gets his act together."Two tears in a bucket, motherf*@#k it!", Lady Chablis

I personally see a 70% chance of this game being 0-0 and maybe a 30% chance Jamaica wins 1-0. Worth playing the pic for me. Jamaica defense has been Stellar. Under 2 prob not a bad play but haven't played it personally

Gold Cup futures
This may be crazy to some but does anyone honestly see a team other than Mexico or USA winning the gold Cup? Slight chance, very slight Costa Rica.. I'll go with USA or Mexico for a small profit
Mexico to win gold Cup 5* to win 7.5*
USA to win gold Cup 5* to win 8.5*

Well, I actually think Costa Rica has a good chance to win (which is a good sign for you since I have not been right about much in this tournament). They more or less have their A team sans Navas. I am not betting it though as this tournament is complete crap. Have zero faith in the US team, I don't care who they bring in. Their pace of play is just pathetic. They will likely struggle with El Salvador.

Good points and I like Costa Rica but just feel it's always USA or Mexico somehow finding a way. If Costa Rica can beat both in their way then I'll chalk it up as a loser.. Costa Rica on 5 dimes to win tournament is +500 . The field is -850. So I kind of like my chances in one of USA or Mexico winning ..
