Jimmy Spats Lock of the Year..
Get a call from some Vegas number, I answer it cause a sportsbook I go through calls me from a Vegas Number..
Turns out the guy claims to be "Jimmy Spatz" right hand man and he has tonight's guaranteed winner. He says, "the game can't lose!" I said, whoa that's fricking awesome, I thought Drexel wasn't going to lose last night up 53 - 36 in the second half. Oh yeah,
"we had UMASS last night, we tried to give you the game." We had strong information that the Drexel players were going to tire out in the second half due to partying all night the night before."
I asked him how he got my number and he had no answer for me.. I said a Sportbook must of sold you the number and if that is the case then the Sportsbooks aren't scared of ya. So then he asks the routine scammer questions, "How much do you lay on a BIG GAME." I lay it on I say 5 dimes and average play is a nickle to a dime. 
He says well for the next two weeks including tonight's game I can work with him "personally" for $999, they usually charge $5000, I said yeah you would never keep in business with those rates.l He says we win 45 out of 52 weeks, I say I'm not interested, then he starts to get more pushy, OK Jimmy said I can go down to $250 for this week only, I said man i am not interested, I go through Madjacks.. He then says tell you what, we will do it for $50. I say no, and he says, "Man you have nothing to lose?" I just laughed and told him to run scam else where. Not interested.. These guys will now sell my number or give it to the next scammer.

A book has been calling me the past 2 weeks, and 2 more started emailing me the past 7 days. Does anyone know who sells information in this industry? Would one of my current books sell my contact info to a competitor?

I guess it's just what you prefer or are accustomed too, I would much rather have my plays with my local. Just my preference. IT sure doesn't make my decision the right one/just ME

football season is the worst although the last month i get a call once a week from either Vegas, NY, or somewhere in Cali. i got tired of screwing with them so i just hang up.
when i do feel like screwing with them i just call them back and turn the radio on full blast till they hang up

Hangup on the f*ckers when they call... used to get calls years ago when I called free pick sites to fade cappers. I mean these leaches are awful.
Worst story ever is my youngest brother (also kind of a dumbass at times especially when he first started gambling) gave one of these mooks his bank account number... he was also 22 years old at the time and totally stupid. However, he had 50K in his bank account and they kept hitting it over and over until they took the entire 50K. He got back his money except the $3K who he admitted to giving the leaches by paying attorneys. These guys can't pick a game to save their lives.
I remember 17 years ago paying one of these a-holes 750 with my room-mate (so 375 each) for picks and he gave us a pick and told me to put 2,500 on the pick (I was also very ignorant and couldn't have paid anytime soon if I lost)... I won the game 14-0 (laying 13.5)... he then asked me to pay him 1,000 of my profit after it took a miracle fumble return with under a minute left (still remember it was Va Tech beating Navy 14-0)... I told him to go f*ck himself and have never used a paying service since, but did have one good payoff. Most peeps I know get fucked and I was just lucky. These guys are obvious fades and hate them. Can't believe I'm typing all of this right now, but anyone who pays for picks is in trouble....

Lemme guess, it's a 305 area code. That's Miami area and it's always gonna be Bookmaker or DSI. They call from the same number, so I guess they are running their promos out of the same FL office. These guys are relentless and haven't stopped calling me for 3-4 months. The calls really ramp up during times like the tournament and Super Bowl when they are looking to get sucker's $$$ desperate for action. |

WagerWeb is the one who is still sponsored here and they are good too.
I like doing big parlays and WTF parlays, which the local book isn't going to do plus there are no arguments. I like using a local for football but for hoops, hockey, and base ball, the off shores are where it is at.
I would of never hit for $4 K last week in WTF parlays, and I have hit about 5 of em for over 2 Gs and hit one 2 years ago for $5 gs posted here..
