I didn't find it excessive at all. But I did get the money the same day. If I chose to wait there was a "no fee" option.

But keep in mind I am in Canada, so it may be different if you are in the USA

Regardless, you can't really complain when funds are in your hands (cash) 5 hours after you withdrawal the funds.

Bottom line, if you get your money within 5 hours...life is good

I guess it all depends on what you look at when considering a sportsbook.

But when a sportsbook pays you in 5 hours and the customer service is top notch, it is tough to complain.

Although I am right with ya when ya talk about fees. Some books out there cost a fortune when ya want to get your money out.

Hello guys. Our payout fees are very reasonable compared to other sites. A p2p transfer for $900 costs around $30 and will be sent the same day as long as it is requested by 8am EST. I had an issue with a play I made. There was a "glitch" with my payout.

I let 1vice know about the error.

A short time later it was fixed and an apology was given.

Now that is customer service at its finest

Mistakes happen, it is how a business handles a mistake that shows what they are about. 1vice not only corrected the mistake, but did it super fast. And on top of that, apologized for the error.
