Philly - Mon

Played 3 races yesterday, didn't post a thing cause I don't believe anybody woulda followed.. AND I CAN'T BLAME THEM.
Pretty much the same ole crap.. played not so stinkin $4 dollar zactas in the last race. Biggest bets I made of the 3 races I played was in the last race. IF that no. 2 didn't miss the place spot (came within inches from nailing that 10 for the Place) I woulda collected the zacta (2x) and it woulda paid $114 for each. You know - shoulda, coulda, woulda.

Anyways, here's what I like today...

6th: all kinds of zotics for me in this race... here's the main course -> trifectas 4/1,3,6,8/1,3,6,8. Backup is zactas - 1,3,6 OVER 4,8. Longshot play would be that no. 6 (12-1 M.L.)

7th: 5,6 top/bot 9,12

8th: 5 top/bot 3,4,6

9th: 8 top/bot 1,3,7

May be out of moola so I'll hold off on the 10th. BTW, no. 11 at 30-1 is worth 2 bucks if I can scrape up 2 bucks. Nos. 2 and 6 are the handicapped picks for the 10th. Hammy, I didn't consider the "magic" with those two picks neither.

G.L.

Gl Jim,

Hope you have a great day. In the 10th, I included one of your radar horse-Mecurio in a small exacta with the magic numbers and a few others.

HM, well - all body parts are still working fine, BUT, the lavish vacations I was planning to take with the "hot streak" moola are now on hold.

Hamster - there are FOUR of them mutha jumpas that I listed in the 10th race today. You got one of them 30-1 already. Good luck with others you played.

Something musta went awry at Philly today.. my crystal ball actually was spot on in that 6th race. The LONGSHOT did win it and the no. 4 filled in the zacta perfectly. The way I played that race - turned out that I had 3 stinkin bucks on that zacta. AFTER the race... I noted that just maybe it woulda been better if the no. 4 DID nail the 7 cause it woulda meant ONE stinkin dollar on that tri. Think that may have been even better, don't know fosho. Still, a good start for today

Good luck the rest of the way.

is goin on out there (today)???... . as Vince Lombardi used to say.

While I was writing the blah, blah, blah here.. I see that the 7th was reeling in another zacta for me. Even a better price than that 6th wace one. YUM, YUMMY

Looks like that no. 5 in the 8th just wasn't good enough to even compelte with these today.

Betta buleev I'm gonna start working on the 10th. That race is gonna take some time (like - a LOT) to TRY to figure out so hopefully there'll be somebody here minutes to post time and my timing is good enough to be able to post and play that race. Don't know if I can make it cause that one is a FULL field of contenders.

Maybe we'll ALL get lucky and not make it to the windows in time LOL.

Watched the prerace stuff for the 9th and the no. 6 looked quite a bit better than the others. I do like Edwin Rivera. So.. I just took a stab at the "magic"..

6/1,3/1,3... you KNOW how that race went, right?

If not, just check out how much the no. 3 missed getting 3rd.. SON - AH - Ma...

still working on the last wace.

Just got contenders.. the ones I got listed on the watch list AND surprise hosses would be the 6 and/or the 12.

That's where I'm at now and running a little late.

Hogman, can't say I'm sorry that my 6 JUST beat out the 5 for the place spot. In addition to being handicapped in the top 3, the no. 6 looked GOOD in the prerace. Had to use the favorite with him, considering his good odds, and thanks to the Philly "bonus" zotic payoffs ($72+).. wace turned out profitable. I did play a shitload of small (mostly $2 exactas) in that race. Woulda REALLY been nice if he won it, but I gotta consider myself lucky that he just hung on for 2nd.

HAH, the spelling thingy accepted "shitload".. ain't the English language just getting ruined? Yeah, I know - due to people like me. But anything goes these days

Horses to WATCH ?
I did WATCH and play (a little) them. Two of them ran OK, but not good enough. The other two had such high odds that a stinkin $2 ticket to win took care of them. I'm not sure which ones to delete from the list or just keep? I have to watch the replays.

Finally a pretty good day.. but we recently realized that ONE good day doesn't mean a turn around to what's been going on in here.

Where to go from here?
You know the song (was gonna play it, but I'm kinda busy with other stuff right now - like errands) .. Besides, I couldn't bear to hear it again. Anyway, the song is " Tomorrow, Tomorrow, blah, blah, blah .... . .blah, blah, blah (like that musical that was on Broadway for EVER). YUCK!
In fact, the little girl who kept singing that dreadful tune got too old while the show kept on trucking and they had to get a younger replacement for her.

Tomorrow, tomorrow .. I'll Love ya, tomorrow ♪ ♫ ♫ ♪
