Worthless hole? Some of the best hospitals in the world are located in Philly. Just so happen to be at two of them today. University of Penn and Jefferson University. Most medical people in the country couldn't qualify to even work for them. You see a street with a bunch of jackals in Philly and come to the conclusion it only happens in Philly

I delete all videos that auto start. Nothing more annoying than having sound blasting when not expecting it. It had nothing to do with the video you posted as I have no idea what it was.
