Being Selection Sunday and with all the Arrow talk, I figured what the hell. Set up my cell phone at my local YMCA after my cardio workout. Did my best to count in my head for a total of 50 shots. After watching this a few times, I come up with 28 for 50. There is no doubt in my mind if my fat ass can come out and hit 56% without shooting a basketball for 20 years that Arrow hit 33. I came out hot, then cooled off.

Larry Bird? Anyways for me cardio sucks and is no fun . I came up with a game that makes cardio fun, challenging will improve your shooting and you can gamble on it. Get another guy all 3 point shots you shoot. You call out your number when you hit a shot first one to 21 wins. You will be amazed at how much running you do chasing your rebound, the pressure that is put on you especially if playing for money. It becomes addictive and after 20 minutes you got a nice cardio workout in that was fun.

Of course the coach comes out in me....1st of all..getting your own rebound impressed me the most...we always have someone passes it back...you make it..respect..get it back....almost all your misses were front rim misses....and that is due to not enough leg and lift...but going to get your own rebound every time explains that..outstanding job..your form is a little strange but your elbows are good,follow thru good....did you play HS ball....hitting that many was very impressive...great job....I had a lot of greyhounds on my teams over the yrs...but as soon as I see a zone ..Mully you would be in there...can you play some D......nice job..
