Most know about college football coaches changing jobs like a bunch of guys looking to move up. This year however was unprecedented. Only 17 programs out of 120 big programs remained completely intact since the end of the season.
BYU, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia, LA Tech, LA-Lafayette, Miami, (FL), Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Northwestern, Oregon, San Diego State, Texas, UNLV, Virginia and Virginia Tech have the same coaching staffs.
Oregon is the only D-I program that has remained completely intact since the start of the 2009 season.
Side note:
Only 40 programs have the same Offensive Coordinator since the start of the 2010 season.
Only 35 programs have the same Defensive Coordinator since the start of the 2010 season.
