Anders having surgery

Anders whose picks I have been following in Of The Wall is having surgery. Not sure if the surgery was yesterday or will be today.

Also not sure of the seriousness of this or of the length of the hospital stay.

Anyone with info as to his name, hospital he is in please e-mail me at jrsdc3@aol.com

I would like to send him some flowers. Maybe a cactus garden. I dunno.

This is a serious request for a friend who has been fun to follow and who has made me a bit of money.

Back on deck with a restructured nose; film-star looks still in tact - LMFAO!!

Operation was less than pleasant but not too big a deal; having a week off to work on my 'capping skills.

No good nursing tales to report alas; but my wife has been a darling since I've been home - far more than I deserve. Thanx again to my second family

So... wasn't sure how much info you were willing to share. Since I had already determined....

That by now it must look like A-Rod hit a line drive using your nose as the target.

Best of luck to you and hope the nose is an improvement on your looks and that the desired effect reduces the deceibel level around your house (at least at night)!

Got a joke for ya'

Poor guy is having difficulty in his marriage. Wife is an absolute nag.
Wants to have her "bumped off."
Goes to "Arti's Barber Shop" and tells the guys his tale of woe. Mentions the thought again of having her "bumped off." Arti says, "Hey, I've known you all my life, if you want her bumped off, I'll do it for you. What are friends for? I'll charge you a buck." The deal is agreed upon and details are laid out. "My wife is blonde, will be driving a white Cadillac and will be at the grocery store at 9 PM. Arti says, "No problem. I'll take care of things."

9 PM...grocery store parking lot...blonde driving white cadillac arrives...Arti sneaks up from behind, strangles her and throws her body in the trunk...just as he slams the trunk lid, another blonde driving a white cadillac pulls into the lot...Fearing he may have "bumped off" the wrong woman, Arti doesn't give it another thought and simply strangles the second woman, throws her body in the trunk and as he slams the trunk lid, in pulls another blonde driving a white Cadillac! Arti is visibly shaken! He questions himself, fights off the confusion and merely repeats the process for the third time.

The next day, the headlines in the community paper read:

"Artichokes three for a dollar at local supermarket."

Anders, I usually subscribe to the theory that laughter is the best medicine. I apologize if, in any way, this joke made you feel worse than you already feel.
