earn credits to cover their obligations under
the states zero emissions vehicle law by
crushing pre 1970 cars.

In two months 4000 were flattened by B.A.R.
(calif bureau of automobile repair) paying
1000.00 per vehicle..what concerns car club
members is the total destruction allows for no parts harvesting. Car hobbyists in the rest of the country are watching developments
in the trend-setting state of Cal and holding
their breath...
