    Used chicken last nite and I think it was better than the pork.

    Brined it first for 3 hours and cooked it for an hour on high then 3 hours on low.

    I also threw in a hand full of carrots! Next time I will add potatoes too.

    Awesome!!!

    I missed this one, but will try for sure this weekend for watching football. Acheter digging up a thread was good in this instance. I need to go through a lot of these food threads. Still make Hippos chicken recipe as an appetizer to go with chips.

    2nd batch in three weeks. These have been on all day low and smell great as I just got back to the house.
