    Price discovery commence.
    42.8K sats and counting.
    TA says we continue pumping.

    Currently $4.41

I know itís been years since this initial post, and my timeline was way off.
I hope you guys kept some LINK in you wallets.

2020 should be a incredible year for Chainlink.
DeFi is gaining traction and Chainlink is essential for its success. $1billion in funds locked into DeFi (decentralized finance)
Latest info I found was a roadmap for Oracle (oracle for start ups was one of the 1 to openly use Chainlink for profit on data available)
3rd qtr Oracle Blockchain and Chainlink integration.

You can purchase ChainLink on coinbase.
Coinbase is the most USA friendly exchange.

    Blockchain agnostic and flexing

    https://www.coindesk.com/polkadot-to...bility-network

    https://azcoinnews.com/etc-labs-coop...c-network.html

This is why Ethereum needs LINK and not the other way around. Also makes perfect sense why Vitalik is so salty against Sergey and link.

Slight dip and back to 45k sats.
Awareness is really beginning, followed by adoption. = early retirement.

Sounds like Mixicles protocol but who is the 2 company?
    Microsoft ? IBM? DOCUSIGN?

I hope everyone is doing OK and staying safe in these uncertain times.

Hands of steel are required for the next few months. Im more bullish then ever.
Hold strong guys. The tech hasnít changed. In fact COVID19 will impact the timeline of the 4th IR.
Its HAPPENING EVEN SOONER. Automation , isolation is becoming acceptable through this pandemic.

The CBDC (central bank digital coin) will need a decentralized oracle and link was explained as itís oracle.

SWIFT is gonna enter the credit card payment processing world with instant settlements.
Guess who , Swift LINK oracle was again explained as the infrastructure and means to accomplish this.

In March LINK crashed 48k sats to 33k sats
along with the rest of the ALL sectors/markets.

Today LINK has fully recovered to 50k sats.

    broke $5 and 57k sats.
Oracle is having a conference July 8th where Chainlink is expected to be implemented. https://go.oracle.com/LP=93576?elqCa...MK200528P00059
Chainlink integration is on the Oracle roadmap for 3rd qtr 2020. very interesting timeline. We might see fireworks gent

    2020 update.
Im beyond bullish. words cant justify how much. not to sound like a motley fool clickbait, but this is like buying amazon or apple at $5.
    anyone still holding?
If you guys arent interested ill stop this updating this thread

IMO a marketcap of $50B is realistic, even $100ís of Billions in a few yrs isnít insanely overreaching. Keep in mind , the big players havenít stepped forward yet(BSN was huge though) The 4th IR is real and this is the gateway to the future of finance and secure data

I also havenít had a new purchase in years. Mainly because I have no extra fiat to throw around.
My DCA is roughly 3k sats. Iíve crossed the 20x
and no intentions of selling at all.
Steaking will be available on exchanges, Houbi announcement of running a node last week was well received, and even more enticing is that eventually more exchanges will follow suit.
I personally donít think itís reached 10% of its potential yet.
Good things await for LINK holders

Link is still my largest bag by far. 50% of my holdings. When staking hits lookout.

If it was easy. Everyone would want to do it.

Can you explain how staking works? I have some 0x that Woodson shilled that sunk a hole in my portfolio and I know that can be staked, but I don't quite understand how and where to do this? I am definitely a noob when it comes to anything more advanced than storing my coins on a ledger.

    ChainLink is getting really close.

    LINK, Baybee!!!

Canít thank you enough Tulah, for continuing to believe in LINK and giving us updates without any hype.
I bought a lot of LINK up to 2.25 only to see it stagnate along with the rest of crypto.
Patience is a virtue and Iím glad I havenít sold any.
Only own BTC, XMR and LINK and own BTC and XMR mostly because Iím in at prices far lower than where they are at price wise today and itís easy to move money to and from sportsbooks using BTC.
Exciting to imagine just where LINK may be headedó even more excited to think of where I may be financially in a few months/years

Staking has been teased from time to time but the actual details have not been released. LinkPool will be 1st to go live with staking and nodes. Youíll need LINKPOOL to access this. Itís expensive.
Im guessing over time we are gonna see coinbase offer LINK node and staking service (for a fee)
Staking on LINK is kinda different from other coins where u lock up tokens for x amount of time for a pre agreed percentage gain. With link, the nodes need collateral to adequately accommodate each contract. For instance a $1 million contract would need LINK equivalent to $1 million in USD value as collateral held by the node server. Basically we will have an opportunity to fund these nodes with our link. Details are non existent now, so this is what a group of folks following closely have presumed by the crumb trails . Houbi was a big deal. Basically they have opened the flood gates for exchanges to run nodes where a staking service is the final result.

Honestly, a organized fud campaign was issued since inception and is still in full effect.
The public wasnít suppose to know about link early. It already secured its funding at SIBOS 16.
Watch the interview and who is in the room. Look at the timeline from when smart contract was created , to it being mention by name from Klaus Schwab In his book ďthe 4th industrial revolution ď in 2015 to its winning a opportunity at 2016 SIBOS to a POC at 2017 SIBOS. 2 weeks ago Klaus Schwab Chairman of the WEF wrote ďthis pandemic represents a rare but narrow opportunity to reflect, reimagine , and reset our worldĒ

2 ways I look at it.
1st. they(enterprises) want your cheap link.
    2nd. Kingmade

My last 2 cents for you,
DeFi has begun its test run and basically powered by LINK. DeFi is feeling like a testnet-reputation process before this project goes live and melts faces off.

I developed patience early. I did automotive restoration for nearly 20 yrs. it always a long process.
We are watching the development of the network that will directly impact our financial future for the better. Itís beyond satisfying.
We been joking but seriously planning a mega yacht party post singularity with early link adopters or as we call ourselves LINK Marines . Early candidate location are St.Tropez and Dubrovnik

A bit of a head shaker on the lingo but evidence of the fud campaign, still in effect.
TLDR. Link buyers trying to accumulate large bags have been down voting and created horrific fud to aid in the accumulation process.

    Whew. Whatta rush.
    Page 19 https://t.co/A3Xh4m9o5a?amp=1
Notice the hexagons? coincidence ? I doubt it. Time will tell...that SWIFT roadmap is approaching fast.
SWIFT and derivatives will be the biggest catalyst.

DeFi has a short track record but itís making money. When these smart contracts get audited and insured(through nexus)
Every freaking broker around will dump tons of capital into these protocols fielding 5-8% APR(for now)
Eventually 3-5% is supposedly sustainable, I have no idea, Iím just basically repeating projections.
Some wild liquidity pools are producing 600% yields. Incredible.
ChainLink is used by these protocols as itís oracle. This is just 1 use case in for LINK in DeFi while in itís infancy stage , itís worth billions as a protocol.
With Aave, you can deposit LINK and gain small interest...you can also borrow 70% of its value in USDC or DAI in seconds. Do whatever you want with it, like buy more link , or add usdc to a liquidity pool and gain the fees generated.
Y Earn has opened a link vault where youíll be able to store your link in there vault where fees accrued are compounded into more link and added to the vault which is basically a whale long
DeFi is here to stay and powered by ChainLink.
IMO DeFi the reason weíve been gaining major traction this summer.
