Does Vegas honor 1st lines on this game (GB/KC CXL'ed game)???

Last I checked , my off-shore (MadJack Sponsor) did, added 1st half KC cover. ESPN reported several minutes ago the 'final' was not official in Vegas

I heard that on ESPN also...........I go thru a local so I need to know how Vegas grades it....
