I OPEN ACCOUNT AND MY CC WOULDN'T GO THRU SO A FEW DAYS LATER I TRIED AGAIN BUT THIS TIME I TRY A ODD AMOUNT INSTEAD OF A EVEN AMOUNT THINKING IT WOULD GO THRU AND IT DID BUT I FORGOT ABOUT THE BONUS !! SO THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE BONUS ? THAT WAS ABOUT A MONTH AGO IT WAS MY MISTAKE SO I HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT. NOW TODAY THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS

SportsBettingOnline.ag Cash Back Bonus:

The bonus is credited based on the NET WIN / LOSS for the week.

Every Monday morning, the total NET WIN / LOSS for the week is calculated and updated in the account. Then 10% of that balance is added into the account as a freeplay.

So if the player wins a total of $100 or loses a total of -$100, they will get a $10 free play into their account.


I?ve attached a screenshot of what the player sees when he logs in. I?ve circled the area where he would see the previous week?s NET WIN / LOSS figure.

Significantly different than what their website shows.
For not liking "fine print" they seem to have it.
There's a huge difference between "action" and "net win/loss"


We like to keep our 10% cash back promo simple. But to make sure everyone has a fair shot at the bonus,
there are a few things you need to know:

?Cash back eligibility period runs from Monday at 12:00am ET through Sunday at 11:59 pm ET.
?Bonus is credited at 12:00 noon ET every Monday for the previous week's action.
?To qualify for 10% cash back, you'll need to make at least 5 bets per week.
?Your cash back is credited to your account as a Free-Play with absolutely no rollover requirement.
?Any customer found trying to manipulate our bonus system will forfeit any and all bonuses received.

How about some common sense :shrug:

Nobody is going to give back 10% on total action.

common sense or not, they are the ones that plastered it right up on there website that there was no fine print and said Bonus is credited at 12:00 noon ET every Monday for the previous week's action
