guessing pitt -3. love the way this vikes team is playing right now. no, they haven't been playing the top teams in the league. yes, they do have more confidence on the defensive side of the ball than they have had in some time. players bought into cottrell's scheme from the start, and it is starting to pay dividends in the form of a ton of takeaways. i'd bet they get a couple out of ben on sunday. will likely be ridin the vikes ml. :mj14:

you may be right. can the vikes continue to win the turnover battle as decisively as in the past few weeks? i don't know. but looking at the schedule for the last three weeks, i think they are playoff bound, and just may win the division.

you better run the table if you're gonna win the division

and even then you still may lose the division

not saying either team will or won't run it, but whats the tiebreaker. obviously both teams can't win out as the last game is against each other. but if they both win out going into that game and minny wins, anyone know what the tiebreaker is since chi won the first one?

i don't think the bears go 2-1 from here, that's for sure. 1-2 more likely. vikes are a much different team than the one the bears beat up on earlier this year. unless grossman can come in and be productive, the bears are done making noise this year.

the tie-breaker is win % within the division, which if both win out and minny beats chi on jan 1, will be the same @5-1. next is win % against common opponents, which, in the same scenario, would also be tied.

head to head (bears 1-0)
division record (bears 4-0, queens 4-1)
common opponents (bears 4-3, queens 2-4...pitt left)
conf record (bears 8-1, queens 7-4)

if chi beats gb....and are 1 game ahead heading into final week....bears clinch
