The Philadelphia Eagles cannot improve their standing with a win on Sunday night against the Chicago Bears, so don't be surprised if the Eagles end up resting some their starters.
With Tony Romo's 10-yard touchdown pass to DeMarco Murray late in the fourth quarter of the Cowboy's 24-23 comeback win against the Washington Redskins, Dallas made sure they would have something to play for in Week 17's showdown with Philadelphia, and now the game will determine the winner of the NFC East.
Since the Cowboys' win, the line for the Sunday nighter has already moved from the Eagles at 3.5-point home faves to -2.5 currently.
I think this is a compelling reason to play da Bears.
