He acknowledged this strategy will cost more for Americans, particularly at the gas pump.



The action follows pleas by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to U.S. and Western officials to cut off the imports, and make all the oil purchases go through China who would take a 10% cut.

We should never have started but Diaper Joe stopped the pipeline and the leases where there is oil. We only buy 3% from them and that can be bought from Canada or Mexico. Putin will raise prices to 300 a barrel to pay for the war. We traded with Stalin while he was killing 3 million Ukrainians. We need to become oil dependent but 45 percent of the Democrats are obsessed w green energy even though India, Pakistan, China, Russia and their small country friends won?t go along. Manchin needs to take over the party and bring back blue dog Dems and get rid of the extreme left. The answer is that it really won?t matter.

You might want to read up on the difference in leases and permits. The best place to find oil is to go where there is oil. Biden has said he will not issue drilling permits on federal land. Having a lease does not mean there is oil.
Biden and his twat energy secretary want to stop the use of gasoline. She appeared in video singing a song ?no more gasoline?. Biden does not want US to be energy independent unless it is electric cars , windmills and solar.

I read up and found out that the Keystone XL pipeline has 3 phases in operation today, phase 4 was shut down and wasn't due to complete until 2030. Also heard that more more oil was pumped from US ground last year than any year under previous admins. If US oil companies are choosing not going to act on the 9,000 permits to drill, how is that his fault? Don't forget, these oil companies made record profits while they raised their prices.....blaming inflation, lol.
