All week I've been looking at this thing and leaning to taking the Chargers. I just couldn't do it and kept waiting. I wanted to take them, just couldn't do it.

Nothing is going to change about the game, it still looks the same to me statistically, but I am completely turned around the other way now.

Yeah, SD has been hot, yeah they beat DEN, yeah they have a tough defense, yeah Rivers is looking confident, yeah it's a lot of points. But I don't think you just walk into Denver 2 times in the same year and walk out with a win.

One thing for sure won't happen. The Broncos won't be taking this game lightly. They made that mistake last year. They weren't mentally prepared for the Ravens, they already had themselves in the Super Bowl. That won't happen this year. They will be ready. Peyton has to get this monkey off his back about failing during the playoffs. He's under some serious pressure to win some playoff games and who better than him to buckle down and have a great game? Nobody!

I just took Denver -8.5 -105 at 1vice for a regular bet.

Good luck this weekend. 4 great matchups to watch.

which san diego defense shows up?.....the one that beat denver earlier and held a cincy offense that was averaging around 30 oer game at home to 10 or the one that couldn`t stop kc`s back-ups?.....

seems like san diego`s late season success on offense was due to an improved running game(and time of possession advantage)thus allowing rivers to take a sort of secondary role...he seems to do better when he doesn`t have to do as much....

they have to be careful to not let denver get out fast and have it turn into a shoot-out.....not an easy task...

Cinc. checked themselves at the door in the second half with a QB sweating bullets in the rain..

I was thinking SD all week, but just think this is a perfect spot for an ass whipping by Manning. SD had a good enough year, Broncos have more desire. They HAVE to win. You know what I mean.

Hard to disagree here. Denver is without a doubt the powerhouse of the nfl. No lead is ever safe with them as they can turn it on and blow you out at the drop of a dime. San Diego winning twice in one season at Denver seems out of the realm of possibility. However, I love the fact that they've gone there once already and did it. Also this team plays there once a year already so the terrain is not that extraordinary to them. San Diego is not an easy bet to put you're money on but sometimes the hardest ones to bet are the easiest ones to win. I guess we"ll find out tomorrow night...

Btw...good luck with Carolina. I hope they come thru for you. I'd be really excited to see Seattle vs carolina. That game has fireworks written all over it.
