.............................................................

I read the other day that auto insurance companys set rates in each state by how many ppl drive without insurance.

So it would stand to reason that Ariz, Tex, and Ca may have the highest auto rates in the nation.

I doubt your affected there in Maryland gardenw

you`d be wrong ,bud...now we`re instituting in-state tuition for illegals....lol

maryland is the place to go on the east coast if you`re here illegally...

we`re incentivizing it...

illegals=votes...we don`t require an i.d. to vote in maryland(now how insane is that?)

Rosa Parks is a hero. These are a couple of little assholes starting trouble.

If there was Madjacks back in the civil rights era, Rosa Parks would have been a stupid bitch just starting trouble. I mean cant she just sit in the back of the bus, I mean fuck its seperate but its equal. Plus if she doesnt like the back of the bus, we should send her ass back to Africa, it wasnt like we brought her here.

These two young hispanic men may have been brought here by their parents who were illegal and they only want to make sure that other hispanics legal and illegal are not signled out unconsitutionally. It appears to me that allowing ones car window to be broke and standing up for ones CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS makes these two the same as Rosa Parks. They smelled something fishy with what was happening and put themselves in danger to show the rest of the US.

If we were able to racially profile because of race than we really should be pulling over every black male between the ages of 16=35 because they are the most likely to be committing a crime not the hispanics. but we already went down that segregation road.

It was obvious they went throught the check point to agitate the police to see what kind of response they could get it on film. If they had rolled down the window and showed license and registration nothing may have happened. They brought it on themselves.

Well, black people in this country were denied basic human rights for years. I can't think of anything an Hispanic person has been denied that can even come close. "They actually expected me to show them identification! Can you imagine how humiliated I was????"

Give me a fucking break.

'Justice' would have been hauling them off to jail, and then when they wanted to produce some ID, refuse to look at it as vehemently as they refused to provide it earlier!

Oh, and your "heroes"? Would they have been as brave as Rosa, had they not had video rolling? I'm guessing not. You should be embarrassed to even compare these two slobs with her.

you having drama club withdrawal?...

was the scarecrow your hero?...because you seem to love strawmen...

rosa parks=illegal aliens.....i would imagine that about 40 million african americans would take issue with that bogus analogy....

and as far as voter`s i.d.....that should be mandatory...period...

just make all non-driving i.d.`s free...many states do it already...most do... it`s certainly no burden to show one... to the contrary, it?s really no more burdensome to stand in line to obtain the i.d. than it is to stand in line to vote.....

most state welfare operations require a valid state i.d. in order to obtain welfare benefits....somehow the poor manage to find a way to get that i.d. when their welfare check depends on it?

this is all craziness perpetrated by idiots like la raza(that means the race...how`zat for racist?)....

i need a mega-watt ibuprofen...

I am with the legal hispanics. What they were trying to establish with this video is that California was still operating illegal stops to check for a driver's license, which obviously most "illegals" do not have and it turns into a round up of illegals instead of a soberity check point, which are only legal in the United States to keep the roads safe from drunk drivers, because driving is a privlegde, however each individual has a consitutional right not to be illegally searched, seized or detained. When they kept asking if they were free to leave is Law School 101. An officer has to have Probable Cause to arrest you or keep you from leaving, here they clearly did not, they wanted to see their licenses, but never once said they suspected they were drunk, eventhough gardenweasel doesnt like their accents, cause they dont talk like white men, they were not drunk and obviously there was no smell of alcohol or red watery eyes, the Cop 101 of probable cause for DUIs. Legal hispanics were simply standing up for their RIGHTS not to be harassed by the police and having their IDs checked. While I understand it is simple for most on here to think they were just causing trouble, I'd disagree, just like most thought Rosa Parks was just causing trouble when she wouldnt move to the back of the bus, it would have been simpler if she just followed the "rules". Some things dont change without discourse.

Legal hispanics standing up for their rights? You mean disobeying direct orders from police officers is part of their constitutional rights? All I saw was two young cocky pricks disobeying AUTHORITY. I don't give a shit if they were white, black, green, or pink. I'm suprised the video made it to youtube because most cops probably wouldve smashed the window about the 3rd attempt asking the driver to roll the window down, smashed the video recorder and hauled their ass to jail. I'm no cop lover, but why deliberately fuck with them?
Futhermore, (again...white, black, green, or pink) If they didn't have a drivers license, why the fuck are they DRIVING A CAR? Last time I checked, you need one of those to operate a motor vehicle on public roadways. As well as insurance.
A DUI checkpoint is pretty simple, you pull up, roll the window down, the cop sticks his head in and if he doesnt smell booze you are on your way. WTF is so hard about that?
Obviously, you haven't known anyone who has been killed by a drunk driver....it's possible your whole mindset would change.
Although they DID tell they cops "NO" they weren't drinking. Yeah... OJ said he didn't kill his wife too. :0008

Where it is real F ing COLD
At first I sided with the police and then after reading the one post I swayed towards the suspects. Then thinking about it I kind of sway with the police in this one. I guess I really don't know my rights and I guess as a white man I really never had to worry about it as much as others. I know if I do wrong I am at fault.

My example is this.. I was pulled over late on a Saturday night/early Sunday morning coming home from a friends house after hanging out with no drinks. (WHEW) He pulled me over for expired tabs.. I said they were not and he asked me to get out of the car to look again. The tabs were not do for another month. He thought it said March instead of May? Whatever.. He asked me for my license and said he was going to run it anyways. Was I in my rights to say no? I don't really know? I had nothing to hide and said sure. Now if I would of said no I am sure I would of ran into problems.
I guess I can understand what the guys were doing in the car but at the same time I can understand the police's perspective. I still cant' make up my mind. I personally always do what is asked even if I am not at the wrong.

Because if we don't "fuck with them" their power will increase increase and increase... Oh wait it already has. They are not GODS, they are just guys who signed up for a somewhat dangerous job and are well compensated. They are not the last word on our rights, half the time they have a flimsy grasp of what our rights even are.

I am not saying we should antagonize or be violent towards cops (obviously), but testing the boundaries and holding the line against government authority is our duty as good citizens, just as much as "following cops orders is"
In fact just following orders and doing a we are told is pretty damn lazy. I am guilty of it myself.

WE??? We as in civilians? Well bud I'll tell ya... I would never do something so stupid. What those kids did was complete idiocy. I DO respect authority. Its kinda like respecting your elders (specifically your mother and father) and thats a big part of the problem today. There is no discipline. Parents don't discipline their kids for shit! Teachers in schools aren't ALLOWED to discipline kids properly. When I was a kid, when I stepped out of line, I got my ass kicked. If I got in trouble in school, I got my ass kicked and again when I got home! Granted, I wasn't very fond of it at the time, but as I look back on my younger years... I am now glad it WAS that way. Kids today are out of control (like on the video in the beginning of this thread!) No discipline, no authority.
You guys talk about bad cops who think they are above the law? There are a helluva lot more people out there that don't obey it.

Everybody is all for oppression when it doesn't affect them.
Yes we should all just do whatever the cop says and just fake it. We should go ahead and let them operate outside of the constitution.

Once you voluntarily relinquish your rights you can't get them back.
