I order another Dell for our house two nights ago (Monday) around 9 pm. It just arrived today (Wednesday) around 4 pm. That is some fast service right there.
If anyone is ever in the market I highly recommend only buying Dell. Their customer service is top-notch. The Dell that I use in my home office had a bad CD-Rom drive at one point. I called Dell and after explaining the situation and trying to correct it over the phone, they said that they would send a service rep out. The next day, a guy shows up with a new CD-Rom drive, tests mine, installs the new one, and leaves within 30 minutes. No bill, no tip, just great service.
This to me is worth every penny of what a computer costs instead of upgrading old, limping machines.
