I cant believe that Dean Spanos and Aj Smith(GM) are thinking about firing Marty from my beloved Chargers. I know at times that Marty ball sucks , but i think that he is just now getting things going in SD. i mean is first year sucked but personnel problems, sencond year reasonable, but Butler died, big hit for team. Last year playoffs, and this year nearly all but 1 loss was by 4 pts. they will continue to do well with Marty at the helm, Super Bowl victory maybe not, but at least winning seasons.
