You can customize each post using the "custom" tab on the post window. You can make it so only certain see it or only certain people dont see it.

Top right hand side of the home page click on the arrow next to "home". Then click "Privacy settings" then "custom". This will bring up a window. Under "Hide this from", simply insert that persons' name and thats it!
