FADE these teams, as they are the picks of Mike and the Mad Dog on 660 WFAN:

NCAA: Georgia Tech, Minny, Oregon, Northwestern, Illinois, Kentucky, Virginia

NFL: San Diego (double play), Bufalo, Arizona, Philly, Green Bay

back later with the NY Posts' NFL picks, as you should fade.

hopefully everyone knew to stay away from Purdue.....because Minny fell into the best system in college sports.
Take the unranked home team over thre ranked dog.

That's where I think this experiment could be dangerous, as personally I think Mike is much more knowledgable of NCAA than Dog. At least when Mike explains his picks there is some semblance of logic involved, Dog is all over the place.

If I'm not mistaken Mad Dog took Kentucky saying "I don't care who is playing 23 is too many points to lay in football" and then in the next breath took Virginia -25 :wtf:

Might be better off seperating the picks because of the two Francessa hitting around 50% wouldn't suprise me, and he's got to lose 52% for this to be profitable.

sorry........I had a softball doubleheader this morning

maybed these can help you with your halftime selections.
Here are the teams you should TAKE. (I think it's easier for you that way).

Play these, as they are the opposite of what the 11 NY Post writers consesus is:

Jags
Giants
Rams
Eagles
Bears
Vikings
Dolphins
Browns
Falcons
Bucs
Seahawks
49ers
Steelers
Broncos

Good Lick!!

5-4 for us in the early games going against the NY Post
2-1 for us in the early games going against Mike and the Mad Dog.

As I said, at the end of each season, you will always be ahead if you follow this.

STAG : You need help on how to add. Please take another look. I'm some what slow on the up take at times, but by my score board GA TECH-OREGON-ILLINOIS LOST. WINNERS ARE MINN - NORTHWESTERN - KENTUCKY AND VIRGINIA. I KNOW KY WENT OFF AT 21. YOU CAN CALL IT A TIE,IF YOU LIKE.ALL EARLY ACTION MAKES KY A WINNER. ALSO ITS NOT CLEAR TO ME HOW YOU CAN TELL SOMEONE TO STAY AWAY FROM PURDUE WHICH WAS REAL UNLUCKY NOT TO COVER. THATS SO LAME. ARE WE SUPPOSE TO PICK THROUGH THE FADES OR ARE WE SUPPOSE TO ASK YOU TO HANDICAP CERTAIN GAMES.PLEASE TAKE NO OFFENSE TO THIS REPLY. I LIKE TO SEE YOUR POST. JUST ADD THEM UP CORRECTLY.

STAG: If you bet San Diego for a doulble bet then would we not be 3 and 3 on NFL bets, money is what counts not the number of winners and losers.

here it goes again...........13 NFL plays decided already:

Jags-w
Giants-l
Rams-l
Eagles-l
Bears-l
Vikings-w
Dolphins-w
Browns-w
Falcons-w
Bucs-l
Seahawks-w
49ers-w
Steelers-l
Broncos-pending

7-6....sorry.......they usually always take the Giants, and last night they did not. I was surprised.
7-6 with the Broncos tonight.

Also, we should disregard the "double play" with ther Chargers....I shouldn't have even posted that. I just wanted to make it clear that both Mike and Dog were on the Chargers. But it still counts for only one loss. I would have done the same thing if the Giants won....believe me.

So, you would have had 3-2 record fading Mike and Dog. No play for them tonight.

Recap of system: 7-6 NY Post...............3-2 dog and pompous a$$.

Another winning NFL week, although not as good as usual.

college results for Mike and Dog: 3-3-1
(UK was at +21 when Russo announced it on Friday afternoon....that's what I go by.

Again, a small profit turned this week, and tonight we're playing with Denver with house money.

yes....Sunday NY Post has a grid of 10 handicappers.......and one at the bottom named Richard Witt, who gives his picks and a short write-up about each game. This brings the total to 11.
Do not confuse this with Friday's NY Post....where Richard Witt is replaces by an average fan from the area......although the picks are pretty much the same (unless Witt and the fan differ).
Since I can buy the Sunday Post for 50 cents at an local store, I don't go online to look at it. I enjoy reading ghe Sunday Post cover-to-cover. So, I don't know anything about their online picks.
If i was going to play just one of the systems, I would play the NY Post one over the Mike and the Mad Dog one (becuase the Post writers have to pick every game....they can't pick and choose. And also becuase 11 is a larger consensus that just 1 or 2 guys.)
Don't follow the Post's college plays on Thursday............I think they are about 50%. But always fade Mike and Dog's college plays.
So, to recap, I think the best thing to do is fade Mike And Dog's college plays on Saturdays, and then fade the NY Post's NFL plays on Sunday. This negates and cross-over plays by the Post and Mike and Dog which the 2 sources are on different sides of the game.
Let me know if you want me to keep posting these.
I will have an updated record for the season after the Denver game tonight.
