Where it is real F ing COLD
Call me a homer but I think LHP Glen Perkins of the Twins is a guy you need to watch out for. Perkins has always been an above average prospect in the minors and last year was his first full season. This year he comes in at the age of 26 in his prime, and is learning how to pitch to major league hitting. He will throw for strikes and throw down in the zone. His negatives are that he doesn't have an overpowering fastball but lefties do not tend to need one. Also, he has had some attitude problems with Gardenhire and pitching staff because they did not rush him up froom the minors as fast as he wanted to be and he didn't like the Twins pitching philosophy, but all that seems to be water under the bridge this year. nI am predicting a 15 win season and ERA around 3.5 - 3.75. I don't play fantasy baseball but if I did I would make sure I had him on my team at a bargain price or draft pick.. I do wager and you will see my money on the Twins many of the times he pitches.
