NFL Sunday

Philadelphia Eagles (9-1) @ NY Giants (5-5)
Sunday, November 28, 1:00 PM ET
NY Giants +7, and the Total is 37?

The New York Giants attempt to break their three game losing streak against the best of the NFC, the Philadelphia Eagles, who sport the 2nd rated D and the fourth best offence in the NFL.

Last week, the Eagles demolished the Redskins 28-6, covering the 11-pt spread, and now are 2-0 in their last 2 ATS after going 0-3 in their previous three games. New York is 0-3 in their last 3 ATS, dropping a 14-10 decision to Atlanta at home last week.

The Eagles are looking to continue to move the ball through the air, led by QB Donavan McNabb and wideout Terrell Owens. Giants once again turn to rookie pivot Eli Manning to lead the way.

Don't expect Philadelphia to beat itself with turnovers this week. They have allowed just 0.9 turnovers per game so far this season, rated 3rd in the league, meaning the Giants can expect no gifts this week.

Gambler take notice, as Philadelphia is on a real roll ATS, going 17-6-0 in their last 23 games. The Eagles are also 4-1-0 ATS in their last 5 games against NY Giants, and 9-2-0 ATS in their last 11 away games. Meanwhile, the Giants are 1-4-0 ATS in their last 5 games, and 2-10-0 ATS in their last 12 home games.

St. Louis Rams (5-5) @ Green Bay Packers (6-4)
Monday, November 29, 2004 9:00:00 PM EDT
Philadelphia ?10?, and the Total is 38?

Two teams heading in different directions meet at Lambeau Field on Monday Night Football, as the Green Bay Packers look for their sixth win in a row against the St. Louis Rams, who?ve dropped 3 of their past 4.

The Rams have also struggled in their last four games ATS, going 1-3 including the 37-17 shellacking they took in Buffalo a week ago. The Pack are on a serious roll after they edged the Texans in Houston by a 16-13 count. Green Bay is now 3-1-1 in last 5 ATS.

The 6-4 Packers are tied with the Minnesota Vikings for first place in the NFC North division.

The Rams are going to have to stop a troubling tend in their defensive backfield, and the Packers are the team to take advantage, having averaged 281.5 yards per game through the air this season. On top of that, St. Louis has the third worst run defence allowing 138.0 per game.

St. Louis are 4-8-0 ATS in their last 12 games, 5-1-0 ATS in their last 6 games against Green Bay, and 6-16-0 ATS in their last 22 away games. Meanwhile, the Packers are 3-5-1 ATS in their last 9 games, and are 1-5-0 ATS in their last 6 home games.
