Couldn't beat the odds on favorite.

Good news:
No. 6, who was getting bet, ran OUT as expected.

No. 4 was right up there (as usual), running 2nd/3rd most of the way. Not much left for the stretch run.. AS USUAL.

Looks like spotting them IS a good aid cause at least you/me are getting a horse that wants to run today. From my past experience - it's a GREAT thing cause you CAN catch 20+ to 1 weiners cause some horses that want to run TODAY didn't feel like it in their previous races and the odds are YUMmy. I have caught more than my share of weiners this way that paid closer to $100 to WIN than $4.00.

Card isn't so hot today at Spa; I'm playing small tickets just kinda for practice. Not so small for Win/Place/Show bets.

I'll post if I see something.

7th race
Looking good .... . 1,3,6

No. 3 looks ready alright.. BUT, a filly, poor wkts, first timer. REALLY up against it with this one, BUT she does look good out there. Not the right jockey or trainer either. REAL test for "Spot" sys.

Thanks, Hamster... oh, DON'T play my picks for awhile. :(

7th race comments:
Lookers finished 2nd, 3rd, 4th. That no. 3 went off at 25-1 and JUST missed 3rd. Came from last too.

Bad news....... .. means another LOSSAH without being able to come up with the weiner.

I can't wait for the day I post a LOOKER at Philly that pays something around $60... one hasn't come around for a long time. They DO happen more often than luck would have it.
That no. 7 the other day at Sar was almost a "10*", that's the kind of LOOKERS I'm looking for. But that was Saratoga and the odds was only 6-1. Man, was that horse ever READY... WOW!

Poor card at Saratoga today.

No. 1 did hit the exacta, BARELY.. yeah, right behind that 1-1 favorite. That no. 2 made a nice move, but you gets nuthin for that.

Doing better... only lost a little in that race. :(

Look at the last race... . . UGH. Only chance is to find a good LOOKER for the 10th; can't wait for the Philly dirt bombs to return.

Trying a 3-9-12 box and getting the hell outa this track. nos. 3 and 12 looked halfway decent in paddock.

May play the no. 12 on the side, only horse that showed a decent move in previous. Terrible race.

"Looks like Hamster is around, so I'm gonna try to do it RIGHT today. NOT ADVISING you, Ham, to play what I post, but knowing that you DO check out my stuff at least tells me that somebody's reading this stuff. Not gonna write to myself."

I like to read how a horse player handicaps a race. Always willing to learn the mulitude of nuances in the sports of Kings.

"Hamster... oh, DON'T play my picks for awhile."

LOL...you don't want to play mind neither!:mj07:
