This GSP.....total BS that was last night. UFC is quickly turning into boxing, all about $ and being corrupt. Make it controversial and do a rematch. Hate it anymore. Same thing imo for Jones and Gus. Nevada State AC is fucking criminal. Gsp was probably slightly more busy with volume, but clearly Hendricks did more damage, stronger on the cage, and even took GSP down more. Regardless of what we think, almost all of the fellow fighters and other reporting media also had it for Hendricks.

Looks to me like he has retired, sounds like he has some issues in his personal life. Time to step away, he's been fighting for a long time.

By the way...............

Hendricks tapped...GSP won the fight in 1st round.......

I figured you might know more since ya know you probably know what he had for lunch today. It was just strange the way it went down. If one is going to retire officially say that, not pitty patter around it with I need to step away for some time. It was a mixed message if it's officially over for good or he needs a break or this personal life thing is too much to do both. Keep in mind and in theory, he mentally had a break if you will with being out a year with his knee not to long ago.

He had some chicken fingers for lunch today.

GSP might be back, but it just sounds like he is burned out, fighting takes a toll when you are doing it as long as GSP has. He is a god in Canada and I think he just wants to "be normal" for a bit. It sounds like he has some personal shit going on, time to get away.

I hope he comes back, but I would not be shocked if he never fights again.

GSP is pure class, he will be missed.

Where's SixFive? :popcorn2

Getting to be just like boxing. What a joke of a decision. We need to quit scoring MMA like boxing, and boxing judges need to be replaced by MMA judges with that background. MMA needs to stay above reproach and as far distant from boxing as possible.

GSP obviously lost, and even Kickserv agrees to that.

Correct, Mma=boxing

I was just yanking kickserv's chain about gsp. Sure, I'm not a fan of his style, but it isn't on gsp that the sport is fixed.

Everyone, including gsp, knows GSP lost at least 3 rounds

This.

UFC celebrates its 20 anniversary and then has this kind of finish to what was a pretty decent card overall.
In the 20 years of the UFC, many fighters have fought for the organization. Why not have them be your judges and come up with a different way to score an MMA fight vs what they are doing now, which is clearly not working.
They can't get through a card without at least one controversial decision and its all because they use a judging system that clearly doesn't work for the sport.

As stated in other thread and as stated 100 times over and over again....and I'll say it again.....

UFC, Bellator, WSOF, and any other organization in North America can't do shit, it has nothing to do with them. Nothing. There is nothing they can do to change it. Fighting outside of North America things change a bit, but inside North America MMA organizations can do nothing.
