Both cost me as well! It pays to have a solid closer... both those 9th innings were disgusting and disturbing. How do you give up 3 consecutive home runs Neris??? :facepalm:

I blame the managers. If a guy gives up an HR in a closing situation, that can happen. If he gives up 2 HR's, it's obvious he's just throwing batting practice pitches and should be replaced. To allow him to throw 3 is just insane! In the case of Fernando Rodney, he's just washed-up and shouldn't be in there in the first place.....with an ERA over 12, he needs to stay on the bench, used just to eat up innings or sent down. But to count on that guy to save your game is a joke!

Seems like they started a trend for me. Had a terrible Sunday in the Bases as well. Thank God for the Association yesterday(3-0) & the Ducks last night or I would be broke$$$ this week. :rolleyes:
