Duff...you overlooked this part:

We?re Number One

managinghealthcarecosts.blogspot.com/2012/.../were-number-one.ht...

(the chart didn't paste in but, it shows that Mass's costs have risen at a much higher rate than the rest of the US and now has the highest costs in the country)

Today?s Managing Health Care Costs Indicator is One

The eyes of the nation have been focused on Massachusetts, as the Affordable Care Act is modeled on health care reform in Massachusetts. When it comes to cost, We?re Number One!

Typical blogger crap. Of course Mass has the highest health care costs: just 4.5% are uninsured.

Compare that to health shitholes like Texas and Florida, which each have 25% uninsured. Of course they have low per capita costs. Duh.

Your point about Mass is what?

Physicians are quitting? More bullshit. How many working age physicians have quit and taken another job? What are they now doing, flipping burgers? LMAO!

The Catholics are selling hospitals because they refuse birth control, even to non-Catholics? No problem; they're bought bought by organizations who don't practice faith-based medicine. It's time we got the Catholic clergy out of the practice of medicine and let them get back to full-time voodoo.

Eleven hospitals saw their credit rating downgraded? What's that, 0.2%? Name another business which does so well.

Emergency rooms closed from 1990 to 2009? What's that factoid got to do with Obamacare?

Physician net incomes have been declining since about 1990. What's that got to do with Obamacare?"

Physicians think they don't make enough?

In the 1990s, the ratio of the average American doctor's income to the average American employee's income was about 5.5. In Germany, it was 3.4; Canada, 3.2; Australia, 2.2; Switzerland, 2.1; France, 1.9; Sweden, 1.5; the United Kingdom, 1.4.

Poor, poor American doctors. Cry me a river. Move to another advanced country.
