Is TCU -28 a Trap Game?

Vegas is really confusing me with this one. Initial thoughts, go bet the farm, the truck, and the goat on TCU -28. TCU should win by at least 42 points. The horned frogs need to make their mark in the standings by going all out...

But wait..

Could TCU hold back some starters middle of 3rd quarter to stay healthy for playoffs? Could playing on the road hurt? Could the 30 degrees of wind and snow slow them down from racking up as many points?

Would love to hear opinions of this game because all I can think of is the ass whoopin they put on my Red Raiders and the fact that Red Raiders finally won a conference game against Kansas.

Please don't hesitate to give your two cents...as long as it isn't about how bad Texas Tech sucks this year.

Kansas is playing for Interm Coach Bowen and TCU in a letdown spot IMHO after rolling Kansas State and winning by 4+ TD's in anyone's backyard is difficult including the horrid KU Jayhawks. Just my $.02 as the weather could also be a factor in covering a large number. Supposed to be light snow and freezing. Doubt the crowd will be more than 25,000 given the weather and probably almost half will be cheering for TCU.

Could be. Coach Patterson keeps saying if the players can't see what's in front of them there's nothing he can't do anything to motivate them.

B.J. Catalon is still out. Deante Gray is back practicing and should be ready for Saturday. Doctson is closer to 100% again. Wind could possibly hamper the passing game, but the running game has picked up.

Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

Thank you guys for your thoughts. I would love to see TCU play in the National Championship and give the Big XII some credit.

IMO yes, I've followed KU for years (I'm a local). The weather will be a factor, and expect this game to be closer than expected through three quarters, and IF TCU covers it will come late.
