I have to do a Quantitative Research Proposal.........the topic has to be related to educational research.

Any ideas for me........this basically is a research paper .........I thought about the question " Does education play a role in reducing Juvenile Deliquents return to crime?

Is this to broad of a topic or do you have any other ideas that would be better?
I dont want to make this to hard of a project.........Thanks

Is this a statistically based research paper?? Meaning, are you going to have to back up any claims with statistics or is this a non-stat project...more philosophical in nature?

This is a stats based research paper.........I will need to do a literature review to back up some of what I am expressing.......I will need some stats.........

How about this for a topic....

Compare the rise of computer usage in schools over the last 5 years to the rise (or fall) of standardized test scores....I am thinking mainly in elementary schools, but I wouldnt go past the high school level.
