LA leaves bases drunk in the 1st. After Moss hits back to back batters Coomer swings at the first pitch. ( hits a weak grounder to the 2nd baseman) I thought they taught you in Litttle League to make the SOB throw a strike. :shrug:

todays players predominately lack fundamental baseball as well as just common sense....the thing is ..is that no one will say a word to him about that at bat....

Fawking chit......this one might come back and bite us in the ass. Bases loaded 2 straight innings and only 1 run to show for it. Hoffman should have send the runner TWICE!!!!!!

dubber, just thinking 2 hit batters in the 1st. Lucky for the Giants Don Drysdale was not on the hill tonight for the Dodgers. Somebody ass would have went down. Ahh, the good ole days.

Never had the pleasure of watching him play, but listened to him on Dodger radio all thruout the 80's. Sure miss that guy, though. He loved the Dodgers. I still remember listening to him on radio in the '87 World Series when Gibson hit that miraculous homerun off of Eck (just couldn't listen to the monotnous Vinny in such a pressure game situation). I was on my knees praying the Gibby would just hit it hard somewhere, and he hit it out. Drysdale went fawking ape chit. I'll never forget that moment.
