That was me. And i stand by it. If I was alive and he was dead and his grave was in the area and I felt like I had to leak I'd piss on his grave.

I'm entitled to my opinion. You are entitled to yours. Even he is entitled to his.

The definition of hating someone in the eyes of the law is basing that hate on race, color, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation among others.

You can have whatever thoughts and hates you want if you keep them internal or among the confines of your friends. Plenty of people do.

There are 3 kinds of hate crimes.....genocide, publicly inciting hatred, and wilfully promoting hatred. He definitely does the latter two. The law is unclear and still being shaped on what's a public place. Last I looked this site is still public. Internet law is still being established and to my knowledge there is no hate statute that is ironclad to prosecute him at this time. Time will tell.

He does it under the guise of being funny, and his defenders think he's cute and it's all one big joke. But to some it's not. Hate is a serious thing if you are the one being hated on.

I've said my peace and Jack I'd imagine knows he will have no problems with me. But it's his site. If he wants anyone at all to leave he can press a button. There should however be rules against hate.

Jack, I'll need some clarification on the rules going forward. As long as I add the words "not bashing here" I can still say anything I want, right?

For example, Wineguy you are an asshole who does nothing but follow me around. I'm glad I'm glad I'm in your head so much, but it's pathetic and you look like a moron. I'm not bashing, just saying what I think.

Also, if I add that phrase to my signature line does that cover all my posts or do I have to say it each time?
