There 3-17,1-9 at home,lost 3 in a row and lost 7 of last 8..but are 4-2 ats at home.The 3 losses were vs marist and siena..also fairfield..70-51..that was last week..but Stags at home...shot 10-14 from the 3..Griffs shot 6-25 and 17-63 total.Stags got to a 22-6 lead and never looked backed.
Griffs beat Niagara the last time they were home.The fans rushed the court in celebration.
I think Turner at home with the defensive play of Vaz-Simmons gives the Stags problems.This game will be close and I like the +7...stags are 6-3 away ats..forgot to mention that...Griffs might play like they did vs Purple..and storm the court again..
St Peters +2 over Iona ***
I like Peter at home.Iona has trouble on offense,can't shoot the 3,and can't rebound.There a better defensive team but not by much.Peters jenkins has stepped up and is scoring.Orta who avg 13 pts lyr is playing way below that.Sowell is one of the top rebounders in the MAAC..Peter has lost 7 str but they are 4-4 at home.Peter has those little gds like Lampley and are quick.Think they beat Iona tonite.
Cornell +3 over Brown *
Both teams can hit from downtown..
Penn -2 over Harvard **
Penn hasn't lost a home game in the Ivy in nanu years...Playing with pride and defending the past...
