I saw the NDAA article, Lumi - but thanks for posting.

I imagine that judge will end up missing soon.

FED went all in - makes you wonder what they know that we do not?

if the economy is recovering, like the current admin says, then why was this needed?

Is this a move trying to get ahead of the European meltdown?

Or, do they read the data coming out of China the same way that I do and see that China is drastically slowing?

For whatever the reason, they have tied their hands now and the only message now that matters from the FED is when they will be slowing their purchases. Might well be never.

Welcome to Japan 2.0.

Total BS between China and Japan as well - the disputed claims on the islands in the South Seas is just trying to drum up some national pride in China so as to keep the sheeple there distracted from how shitty it is getting.

Yep

I still think Europe is f*cked as the Spanish yields have already gone north of 6% only a week or so after Draghi pulled out his bazooka.

With the Fed's QE-infiniti, USD has become the funding currency for carry trades.

But, I think the party in Europe is still over and I am willing to wait for it.

typical of that Frog loving socialist to
post his love for the Euro-shit

LMAO! I'll be in Paris the first two weeks in Oct. I'll think about you squirreling away your dried beans and bullets while I'm enjoying the good life.

And when the 2nd Civil War starts in the USA, I'll read about it in the French papers. Maybe you'll make the news -

Prepper holds out for seven minutes against an Army platoon, leaves cache of three hundred pounds of dried fruit.

We put more rounds in him than they did Osama, says Cpl Smith.

The country will be better off anytime you are not in the US. We already have enough turncoats in this nation.

France is a perfect place for a pogue, cake eater like you when things get bad. You can be with the rest of the limp wrist weaklings who CANNOT DEFEND THEMSELVES AND ARE NON PRODUCERS !

Please, stay as long as the Frogs will allow you.

As usual, you post something :

AND DON'T TELL THE WHOLE STORY

Staying in Paris mostly with a few day-trips by train. Chartres and Amboise for sure, maybe one or two others. We've not done so, but since the construction of the chunnel, the Eurostar Paris-London train is just over two hours.

Not like you can ever run out of things to do in Paris.

We've been lots of places, but Paris is the most enjoyable - and Ann speaks nearly fluent French.

On my own, I have to get by with "une carafe de vin rouge ordinaire s'il vous pla?t.":0008 After that I'm SOL.

Do you have any idea why there are so many cities, counties and streets in the USA named "Lafayette"?

Look up Valley Forge sometime and tell us the nationality of the majority of the soldiers who wintered there with Washington.

How many "frogs" fought and died in VN?

How many in WWI and WWII?

And that national treasure, the Statue of Liberty came from where?

Ever hear of Monet, Renoir? Van Gough? Michelin, Braille, Diesel? Dessault?

Ever drink a bottle of Veuve Cliquot? Eat a piece of cheese that didn't taste like orange wax? Walk down a street where there wasn't one man or woman who is fat as a pig?

Take a break from the tin foil sometime and learn to appreciate life.

Nice, Duff.

Only really ever been to Paris and Lyons.

From the map I had, I thought I could walk it - LOL

Those little inches on the map translated into many miles!

Had some great food, wines and cheeses and overall, I thought the people were very friendly.

Hit most of the touristy spots - Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Champs-Elysee, etc.

White House Says It?s Unconstitutional To Strike Down The NDAA

Abby Rogers
Business Insider

September 17, 2012
The Obama administration had some harsh words Friday after a federal judge appointed by Obama said the government doesn?t have a right to indefinitely detain anyone even remotely associated with terrorist groups.

Judge Katherine B. Forrest permanently blocked the government from enforcing the National Defense Authorization Act, claiming it was too vague and would have a ?chilling effect? on free speech.

And now the Department of Justice is calling Forrest?s ruling ?unprecedented,? arguing that the government has long had the authority to detain anyone it deems a threat to the county, The Wall Street Journal?s Law
