Yeah, I think so too and I'm playing them but not that big. Reason being that Buffalo doesn't always bring their A game on the road.
The Bulls do seem to be on the improve, played a very good BYU really tough. They got beat up badly at graduation with Pierce, Watt and others but it seems like the juniors are stepping and playing well. Witherspoon did an interesting thing that you dont often see. He redshirted Mulkey last year even tough he was heathy and in the middle of his college career.Witherspoon realized that he needed a sharp shooter from the perimeter for this year after the graduation of Smiley and others. Filzer also appears to be a nice transfer from N AZ, I believe, and he is playing well
On the other side of the ball, Courtney in his first season was dealt a dirty hand. He had to start over after losing all of his top talent. This off a 29-5 season, best in school history. No way this team can come close to meeting now high expectations and the box scores are proving it true.
