Patriots Early Line

Taking the Patriots line vs NYG...anything less than 2 TDs looks really good to me. Belichick already has them practicing in full pads in the NE weather, gearing for the playoffs. The good teams will not ease off, they will keep their foot on the gas unless players are hurting.

Giants very needing of resting guys. Don't think they are going to try and play the heros (sacrifical lambs) and try to stop NE from the perfect regular season. They have to look forward to the playoffs.

Patriots, on the other hand, still have unfinished business.

GL yanno. I was very disappointed with the Pats effort this week against Miami. They scored on 4 of their first 5 possessions, then didn't score a single point the rest of the game. They actually got outscored 7-0 in the 2h by the worst team in football... at home nonetheless. I have to think Bellichick tore into them after the game. In the last few weeks they have laid eggs against the Ravens, the Jets, and now the Dolphins.

One of the reasons I liked betting on them early in the season is that they showed no mercy. They got up quickly, then just continued to beat teams up the rest of the game. You didn't really have to worry about getting backdoored with the Pats. That attitude seems to be gone. They have been getting leads, then just cruising the rest of the way. They certainly need to get refocused, IMO. They will obviously have a lot to play for next week, so I think you're in good shape.
