I think the days of free spending without being contested are coming to an end.

One of my biggest beefs so far has been the leadership of country political posturing of of doom and gloom vs instilling confidence.
--I say poitical posturing because it gives them an out if things don't work--and makes them look like hero's at slightest recovery--a can't lose scenerio.

Actually retails sales were higher this month than previous before stimulus--recovering on their own--

If gov gets out of way--recovery would be inevitable at some point in time (will agree something needed to be done to keep banks solvent)--but the "solutions" we may never recover from.

Retail sales were higher in Jan because of gift cards given at xmas. Let's see how we do in Feb. Housing and Auto are a shame. And that fellow from CNBC forgot to mention that. And did not say how housing will recover befor it ruins more of the economy.
