Like the Terps here.RU offense with frosh Qb Savage has some problems.He didn't look good vs FIU at home.Now he's on the road.RU's running game isn't anything to write home about.Defense is OK.Terps aren't much better.But they do have Scott a solid RB. RU playing on grass,1st away game.terps get the edge.

Ga tech -2.5 over NC **
Iowa St -9.5 over Army ***
Hate going against Cadets vs Big-12 teams.Army has improved with its new wishbone attack but there still working out the kinks.They has 6 fumbles last week.As confusing as there offense is to defenses it also has its own players making mistakes.I think Army with frosh Steelman will get better but playing on grass in Ames,Iowa is a huge task.Iowa St OL is so big and with Armys new blitzing defense, I see the defense gambling too much.ISU qb Arnaud is good and I think he will be able to move the ball.Army defense has to contend with a spread attack that is quick.Think Iowa st wins this by 12-15 points.If army can't hold on to the ball and sustain long drives it will be worse.
Mid Tenn -5 over North texas **
NT has played both MAC teams tough,then last week gets blown away by Bama.Dodge there qb is back from a shoulder injury.He is a mobile Qb that is only a frosh.But NT still has Wr's that are questionable.Montgomery is a good Rb and NT's new offense is running the ball.MT is coming off a big win vs maryland.This is the conf opener and MT is missing there top rb today in Tanner.But they do have Dasher a running qb.MT has a solid OL and DL.The line has dropped since dodge is playing and tanner is out.Both teams have improved but don't think NT has improved as far.MT beat Nt the past 3 yrs 52-13,48-28,and 35-0..Think NT stays close today but MT wins this by a TD... could be a trap game for Mt coming off big win and Troy next week.
