SORRY 65, i don't regularly visit MJ's and luckily I noticed your note in here tonight.
I haven't been using the spreadsheet for Col. FB, just playing the games based on opinion and not tough calculations like I used to. Just don't have the time to go through HOURS of figuring out the college dudes like I used to. Horses have been aggravating me like you wouldn't believe; most picks have been GREAT but putting them together for exotics has burned my ass BIG TIME... many, many REALLY near misses (by less than a nose) with bets that looked to be a winning trifectas within YARDS OF THE FLUCKIN FINISH LINE.... and I'm "talking" about FOUR figure PAYOUTS TOO. How about, a 60 to 1 shot I had in the PLACE spot on my trifecta ticket, gets nosed out of the place photo .... that tri. paid well over 2 GRAND and I dont' want to even think what it woulda paid if that one won the very close photo. The payoffs have been UNreal at Philly lately.
Bottom line is that I've been ONLY working on trying to stop the bleeding and the "near miss" crap and only playing football by opinion.. and, guess what?... it's been working with 3 and 4 team parlays too. Still, I know my strong suit is Philly nags and I've been getting CREAMED by them for about 2+ weeks now. I FINALLY broke through today (Sat), hitting a $35 wiener in the last race along with the exacta ($123 on my 2 stinkin dollar ticket). I'm hoping that may have ended a disastrous (bet much) heavier than I usually do too) losing streak.
IF I see you stop in here on a Thurs. or Fri, I'll post horse "plicks" and add a college play or two that I like for Sat's games. Tellya, I wish I had bet the moola that I het on horses, instead ON FOOTSBALL the past two/three weeks. If I don't see ya, i prob. won't take the time to post anything. Compare this silent dungeon to the madhouse Footsbawl rooms... . it's feast or famine at MJ's place these days.
NOTE: I "buy" points to move the line on some games. Pros say,'Don't do that!". But, it usually works for me.
