I have decided to move out of my apartment (breaking my lease) as this place is too much of a party scene (at the pool it seems everynight there is a MTV party going on). When I'm studying, I can hear the bass and other sounds that piss me off, leaving me no choice but to be at the library every night. So I am looking for a roommate to live at another complex and I'm contemplating about living with a female in a 2bedroom apt. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, 1200 sq ft, more than enough living space. I can't see myself living with a male so I am seriously contemplating going with a female.
The girlfriend isn't too happy with my decision, but I can't live with a male and I have to admit at times it gets boring living by yourself. I am not looking for a hot female, hell i'd rather live with a female that is unattractive, but easy to get along with. It's just that those pics that she sent me (especially the first one) scares me. Last thing I want is hearing noises coming from her bedroom from a different guy every week.
If I decide to stay at my current location, but move into a 2 bedroom, they have found/matched me with a female, but they don't realease any pics nor will they tell me who it is or anything about her until she moves in.

ok on a serious note, that first pic is really giving me bad vibes, I think I'll pass and keep looking, the most important factors are neatness and quietness
