1.) yanks/twins over 9...Wells in 2002 had horrendous numbers in day games...

7.15/1.70 whip/ 293 BAA..record 1-3

vs. minny 1-0 2.70/1.50/ but a BAA of .300

he has good lifetime numbers vs. minny

im a little pissed at minny for costing me a nice win last night...bases loaded with 1 out and cant score a run...then lose the game on 2 solo shots...

regardless...im not laying the juice with wells because his day numbers last year simply dont support a play here...but i cant bet on REED for the same reasons..

wells number vs. minny were good..but its the BAA of .300 which sticks out to me....just looks like minny couldnt push across any runs...that may very well be the case today as well...but think a flat 9 is a decent number here....



2.) Pitt over 8.5....just a play hoping that Pitt wakes up a bit here offensively and Suppan lives up to his numbers in day games...i actually thought this would brewers best spot to get a win here..in this series but they have taken first two...i dont like playing on a sweep as the odds just dont support it....so im hoping brewers will take advantage of suppan here ...and pitt takes advantage of sheets numbers in day games...there are some batters on the current pitt teamn with very good numbers vsthis kid

1-2 on the early games.....i am ice cold right now...the win was a co-tail of NDNFAN....

tonight...

1.) TRIBE...plus 170..absolutely no justification for this line ...Buehrle is a good pitcher but he has struggled at Jacobs ...Davis got rocked in his first outing....but his numbers at home are much better than on the road...of course he has not pitched much...but CHISOX bats have done nothing except for that 8th inning against detroit to justify a line like this...if Davis can give us some solid starting pitching we have a shot here at a nice underdog...

thanks for the heads up Rummel....but im passing on the late games...i am not going to push it...the season is long...and even with this horrible day ..im still about even on the yaer so far....there is no need to panick in my opinion...im just cold right now...it happens to the best of us...i have a stratefy that i use when im cold like this that has worked for me in the past....and the number one rule is not to force plays just because your down a few bucks on the week...its only week two of the season ...i'll wait to friday i see a couple i like...i see too many people who bet sports get down a few bucks and they think they have to play catchup...and start betting games because they feel they need to...i'll accept a losing week and come back to play tomorrow rather than try and catchup and make it ten times worse...and never to return
