Yo. I like Iowa St and how they play as a team. Iowa St strength defensively is on the perimeter, which does them no good against Horns.
Horns have the motivational edge in that they may need this win, while quotes from iowa St HC Hoiberg give off a feeling of complacency.
Texas is an unranked fav over a hot and ranked iowa st club. The horns, who were pitiful outside of Austin this year winning only 4 of 13 games, and have an injury to a post player to contend with tonight, have no business being favored here imo. The fact they are favored in this spot had me leaning Tex. The unranked fav over ranked foe angle put me on them. The motivational advantage makes this a double play.
