Shields had last night off and is starting tonight. He's really looking forward to beating the team that recently traded him. Ducks ending a 5 game road trip tonight. So far they are 0-2-2. B's played last night in Washington DC and thumped the Caps. Haven't lost since the season opener...Let's hope they didn't use up all their goals last night...

Sweeney takes a seat

Last night, veteran defenseman Don Sweeney was a surprise healthy scratch, as Jarno Kultanen saw his first NHL action of the year. Ftorek downplayed sitting Sweeney.

``He's fine,'' Ftorek said. ``We're just giving him a rest with two (games) in two (nights).''

good luck with this one, i'm on Bruins and Over5?.

one thing i liked in Bostons yesterdays game was they didn't
stop playing and start backing up while leading by 2-3 goals.
