Haven't been around for awhile cause the place just got too dead. Lucky for for the Peepers, cause my hosses have been the same for quite some time as well.

The "MAGIC" is gone :(

Don't get it, using the same methods that were just cleaning up Philly for MONTHS, and now it ain't even finding a winning ticket in the garbage pail.

Well, not changing a thing, cause the methods (NO, no, I don't have a system) I've used worked like a charm for too long to go sour for too long. I am playing lighter (less moola) except for something that looks like one of them ole Philly BOMBERS. They are WAY overdue for me.

TODAY
3rd race: Like no. 3 and 6 in this one. Bets are - tries 6/1,3/1,3 ; 3/1,6/1/6. And zactas - based on $2 stinkin dollar bets, $2 on 4,5 OVER 3,6 and $5 3,6 OVER 4,5.

6th race: Ever hear of the name CARLESIMO? NO? Shame on you... apparently jr. is in the hoss wacin game these days and his entry in this race, no. 5, Goose Bay (12-1) isn't gonna goose me by winning without me on him. Unfortunately, there's another connection to another horse in this race, that would be Bobby Dibona, trainer of no. 6, There Goes Vinny. You always play the HORSE, but sometimes you just gotta play the connections and these two interest me today fosho. Haven't been doing it lately, but I can see that I'm gonna have to spring for plenty of extra greenbacks in this race to make sure I got all bases covered with these two.

7th race: I'm coming up with the no. 1 and 8 in this race. Morning lines of 12-1 and 5-1 respectively.

Good luck and good to see ya back Hogman (had enough poitics? :) ), me too. Hopefully, this post may draw Hamster back in this forum.

Wow, I just checked the active users list and there are TWO new names in this forum. GREAT.

AND I see my Views just went up by 2 also.

C'mon in, Adriansimmshqzb and Owebraemete. You guys tennis players? Whatever the case, always good to see new names on the guest list for this forum.

Ah, good luck whatever your sport (soccer maybe?) is today :)

Good day for you Jimbo regarding race 3 and 6. Places & show for the Goose were great. Thanks again for your write ups.

Thanks for the encouragement, HM. Actually, NOT a nice call though :(

I played em EXACTLY like I posted and the return was ZIPPO. OF COURSE no. 3 just missed getting 3rd and that woulda meant a trifecta. What else is new?

6th race was a little more like it. WIN bettors got a GOOSE JOB, but not me. I just wheeled that 6 ON TOP, only. AND... . . played the GOOSE heavily W/Pl/Sh @ 3x. Caught a bit of a break (WTF?) with the longshot, no. 1, getting 3rd and collected the very nice Place and SHOW (yumMEE) on the Goose.

7th: just bad picks that's all. Good odds, so I didn't take much of a hit on this race.

ASS BURNER of the day Dept.

Just about EVERY freakin racing day there's one of these bastages. Today was the 10th. Didn't have the time to go over the 10th when I handicapped this race. Got to the puter just in time for the 10 race (live) and picked them from watching them and remembering what little I knew about the nags in this race. Had to rush and went with the 3,6, and 7. Didn't play the 7 cause of the terrible odds, played the each of the others to win (small bets), only.

SOMB!! AFTER neither of my hosses won, I handicapped the flucking race and sure enough .. I got the no. 10 rated on top as a pretty strong play too. Damn it! Paid $16+ too.

HOGMAN, pay attention to this -> IF you like the outside hoss in the LAST race at all at Philly, double your bet amount on it. The far outside, for whatever reason, is winning way over it's share of the last race for of the day. Don't have the exact stats but I'm confident that 7 furlongs is the bestest distance for this to happen and 1 mile is the least probable for this to happen BUT, depending on the horse, EVERY distance is worth while to give the far outside hoss a shot in the finale at Philly.

(did ya see my college footsball picks for this past Sat. ? FIRST TIME ever for me - college foots ball is continually outdoing hosses for me SO FAR since football season started.)

Forum stuff
Thought we had two new "customers" in here EARLY this morning. Guess not, cause I don't know where Adriansimmshqzb and Owebraemete (better belieive I cut and pasted thems two names) went after reading my post this morning. Haven't seen them since. Oh well, Hamster ain't around either.

Good Luck with whatever.
