This game doesnt mean too much to either of these teams, but if it means less to one than the other its Ecuador. They are more than satisfied with just moving on, not necessarily winning the group. Would they like to, sure, but not at the expense of fatiguing the team for the next round. Ecuador is content with its position. A content team is never a good side to bet on.

Germany playing on thier native turf has a little more incentive to deliever the Group & win this game. If they draw Ecu wins the group on GD, I really dont think the Germans will let happen on thier own soil. At least that is my belief & what I am getting from everything I am reading in the German papers.

nice 3 seconds!! I like your PM picks as well. England Sweden is destined for a tie.

Plenty to play for though, I don't think either want Germany quite yet when they can have Ecuador.

Thanks & I agree. Germany looking in fine form. England v Germany 2nd round would be quite the match up.

I am think of hedging here a bit with England +160 as well. I just can not see the Swedes & their long ball getting by England today, despite the history between these two teams.
