Colts defense is not overrated... I live in Indy, but I hate the Colts. All of my friends are huge Colts fans obviously. I have told them for years that the Colts defense is terrible. But this year is different, they play with an attitude I have never seen from the Colts.
Their secondary is still a little suspect, but it doesnt matter they get so much pressure on the QB they could have midgets playing corner and safety.
The pick up of Cory Simon was huge for the Colts. He takes up so much space it's hard for teams to run up the middle on them anymore like the use too. D. Freeney is underrated tackler who is an amazing end.
Marlin Jackson was a huge draft pick. His knock was his speed coming out of college, but playing in the cover 2 along with the pressure from the Colts 4 he is perfect fit in this scheme. He is a great tackler and has some serious attitude. Bob Sanders can run like a deer and hit like a Semi truck. He was hurt most of the year last year, but when he played he made a difference in the games.
Plus, they are deep on the front. They rotate about seven players in. So they are fresh at the end of the game.
I like the under in this game. I do believe the Colts have yet to play anyone except for the Jags and the Jags had many opportunites to win the game. Manning has had problems passing in strong winds and the Pats will be fired up. I love the under.
