Jack that steak is med/med well at best= PERFECT. Cooked hard and fast on a big pile of coals. Currently working with a Weber charcoal grill but checking out the BGE for the near future. :0074

I am lucky enough to have hit the metabolism jackpot plus I workout occasionally.This isn't an every day meal either. He makes this about twice a month on the weekends. It was YUMMY!!:0074
