50 piece Nuggets was yesterday?

No laying off the fried food, remember gallbladder went out 3 weeks ago today. This was a big step for me today. its been pretty bland over these 3 weeks. Give it about another month and McDonalds will be back in the lunch rotation. I will have a few Newcastles tonight though.

Avoid spicy stuff, that's the key. As for staying away from fast food and sweets, I did that too but in moderation (I did have some about once a week) - you won't gain any weight for about eight weeks after gall bladder surgery and you'll probably lose it. I totally stayed away from the alcohol though, none at all - my opinion is that could screw you up. Just my two cents, I'm sure doctors know a hell of a lot more.
