Just bought a dozen soft shell crabs. Adding sauteed crabs to my menu
Gonna go this route. Dust with flour and cayenne, then saute with a touch of minced garlic in butter and evoo. Finish with a pinch of coarse salt.

We are having boiled shrimp, cheese dip, ranch dip with carrots, baked potatoes, I made my orange, lemon tea in my tea maker, it's fantastic...
No desserts today though :0074

Around 5.00 pm going to serve home made ravioli { from Phillys Tallutotos},a meat sauce,,garlic bread made today fresh from the bakery and meatballs.... a salad to start it off....my Philly daughter went to the Italian market on Friday before she came up here and bought me 4 boxes of ravioli,3 of tortellini,4 gnocchi's and 3 linguines....this should last me the rest of the winter as everyone leaves tonight and tomorrow...for Philly and Texas...
