well just purchased last week 4 wintertires for the ford escape wintermark winter tires as i was going to buy blizzaks that i have on my mustang which i really like but the store had no blizzaks and the sales person says these are good winter tires for the escape of course cheaper in price...today was very icy in the morning and i had my first test of the tires those wintermark tires and was very disapointed,,just bought them last week,,,escape all over the road as you put some gas and had to go extremely slow, as these tires are terrible for ice...so went back i drove my mustang with the blizzaks same path and what a difference,,could handle the car and stop safely...

any one know if i get get my money back ..if not happy with the tires...will get blizzaks for the escape
Thanks

nothing comes even close to the Blizzaks for winter tires. Where did you purchase the wintermark tires? CAll the shop and ask them their return policy, also check your receipt. Info might be listed there.

I just can't get past the name blizzak. Sounds too Snoop Dogg- ish. I got a set of the Hakkapelita Rsi's for my car and they're pretty damn good so far and I do 4,000 miles/month in some pretty messed up weather (Vermont).
